New Vehicle Registration
When you come to register your vehicle, please provide the original signed (buyer & seller) bill of sale, valid insurance, driver’s licence and any authorizations for services not in the attending persons name. We only allow a fax or emailed copy of the original bill of sale from dealerships, auction houses, or insurance brokers.

Vehicle Renewal
When you come in to renew your Alberta vehicle registration, you must provide valid insurance for the vehicle you are renewing.

Out of Province Vehicles
Most vehicles that are from another jurisdiction must go through an inspection by a certified out of province mechanic. You must obtain a request for inspection before you can have the inspection done. Come in to our office with proof of ownership, insurance and previous registration/title from another jurisdiction.

Driver’s Licence Renewals
We specialize in Driver’s licence renewals. Did you know that you can renew your driver’s licence up to 6 months before it expires? Medical examinations filled out by a physician is required for class 5 driver’s licences at age 75. Age 80, and every 2 years after 80. An optometrist must fill out the visual referral report if requested.

Driver’s Abstracts
Driver’s abstracts will list in detail the number of demerit point accumulated within a 3, 5, or 10 year period. Please contact us if you need a commercial abstract or an abstract for a minor.

You must purchase a reinstatement form for alcohol related and non-alcohol related suspensions. Special equipment installed in your vehicle and a road test (class 5 basic) may also be part of your conditions for re-instating your driver’s licence. Knowledge Testing
Knowledge testing is only available from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please bring original birth certificate or valid passport. You do not need parental consent to take the test if you are under 18. If you fail your test, valid identification is required for every test.
